Hi everyone. I have been lifting for awhile now and have made some gains. I have been seriously considering taking some form of steroid substance...possibly something with bolenone in it? I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations, websites for products, warnings, etc.

If I do not take steroids, I was also considering creatine. Which would be better as far as gains and health effects?
If you're frustrated with your training to the degree that you'd want to take steroids, I think you should first consider the training itself. It's a pretty simple (as in not complex) affair which many make WAY too complicated. So, what have you been currently doing? Please be detailed as far as frequency, volume, reps, exercise, and all that. I'd hate to see you compromise your health if all you really need is a tweeking (or rethinking) of your routine.
The biggest mistakes are these: too long, too frequent, not HARD enough.

.. not getting enough protein might be your problem too. Whenever I bring up the fact that I am not the Hulk, people lecture me about protein supplements.
Please post not only your workout log but also post your diet log as well. Chances are that the lack of gains is in the lack of food.

Ok, no problem. Here is my workout.
Monday, Wed, Friday: Lower Body---3 sets of 100 squats(bodyweight), 3 sets of 100 calf raises(body weight)
Upper Body---I do 2 sets of 6 of inclined bench, 2 sets of 6 flat bench, flies(inclined and flat),
pull-ups 3 sets of 20, bicep curl 3 sets of 6, weighted lower back raises 3 sets of 10.
Abs--- everyday 4 sets of 40 decline situps, 2 sets of 20 oblique twists, 2 sets of lower ab crunches
All other days I stick with minor cardio.
Diet: I eat about 3500-4000 calories per day. About 165-180 grams of protein a day.
I mainly eat rice with either tuna or chicken along with some veges. The meat I eat is normally
sauteed in olive oil. About one steak every week. Oh yeah, I also eat fruit for breakfast.

How much do you workout in TOTAL a week ? Weight training and Martial arts?
How much weight do you do in the exercise in which you do weights?
