Taught, old members, no longer there. But I hear good things about your school :)

The guy down at Naka Ima is named Greg. He's alright. Really nice guy.

Chuck Platten is a Hapkido guy. Trained Choi, Bong Soo Han etc, all the Hapkido masters. His school is damn tough. Platten is a bit of a legend. I think he's right next to the police station. He had his club where I taught for awhile, but the club closed and he moved out. Strong students, very tough.

    Onisan, two things.

One...wrong forum. Take the time to look around and let me know where you want this thread. Newbietown or YMAS.

Two...You're only allowed one account here.

Yeah I do have two accounts. For some reason I wasn't able to post with my original account. Please move the thread to wherever you feel necessary. Perhaps the Traditional forums in the Japanese section? Thanks.

Ahh dude I have tried the booj. Some of those guys have egos that are bigger than Godzilla. It is a bit nnoying anytime I asked someone on the bujinkan a question and they answerd with a questions themselves. I undertand the asking the right questons to get people to think but the load of BS I run into on a constant basis from these guys on forums is outrageous. Anyway not all Bujinkan dojos are like this but finding the ones that emphasize "live training" and sparring is hard. There aren't any in NYC that I have encountered. If any of you have found one let me know, I would like to check them out.
