    Also, I know a bunch of lovely Eastern European boys and only one of them has a face that is begging you to start a fight. He is one scary looking guy.

    My ATG squat max is 50lb. Read it and weep. Does anyone want video of that?

    I think its very important not to focus on the weight someone lifts but about the whole training goals, achievements, and most importantly safety.

    Aww **** this I don't wanna be left out of the weight lifting circle jerk.

    I'm 5'8 and 140 and I can max out the leg press at 495. And yes I do have fat kid legs.

    Leg press machines are pieces of ****. You should squat instead.
