My first time on the forum... may have messed it up a bit... Let me try again...
CORE Self Defense ia an official Krav Maga training center in EL Cajon. The instructors are all very dynamic, and it's an excellent place to train. I would rank it a 9 or 10. They focus on self defense, fighting, and fitness. Krav Maga is designed to bring you to the highest level of self defense in the shortest amount of time. It is a very effective system. There are all sorts of people in the classes, ranging from Navy seals to house wives. If you've never tried it out, I would highly recommend it. -
