Sorry to come to this thread so late.
Thanks for the Shinkendo plug Money. My name is Jeff Harris and along with my wife Marlene I head up the Mesa Shinkendo Dojo. You can check out our webpage at http://www.azshinkendo.com.
I am not going to pick on Dana Abbot. I met him a number of years ago & he seemed liked a nice guy, however I can say the nerf sword thing is not for me.
If you want to study Japanese Swordsmanship in Arizona you owe it to yourself to check out all of your options, the list in AZ isn't that long.
We have been teaching Shinkendo in Arizona for a number of years, & we have a number of students how have choosen us.

Thanks for your contribution.

I study Muso Shinden Ryu along with Kendo and Iwama Aikido. I've spoken with the UK Shinkendo guys but unfortunately they all seem to congregate in the south of the UK which is some distance from me, shame really because I do like what I've seen of the system.

Hey Jeff - thanks for the info. I keep considering popping in to your place, you're right around the corner from me - literally, I was in that Petco last eveing. I'll have to drop by and take a look around sometime.
