    Damn! This is the best stretch advice I've seen in a while.
    Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

    Thats some really good advice. My instructor is bringing me along slowly and the correct way, I'm just impatient. Also a bad speller
