    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    marijuana and cardio?

My friend seems to think he can go with me to train under the influence of said drug, I advised him as any good friend would that this might not be the best idea. I figure any kind of smoke in the lungs is going to effect cardio regardless if it's not cancer sticks.

Ultimately said cardio would impact his fight performance, is this a logic train?

It's not as bad as cigarettes, true... but if he tokes a lot, it IS just as bad. If he's not a frequent smoker, the cardio might not be an issue but the 'scoring in the wrong basket' type of thing might become one. IMHO.

Also, if he's training for competition it's probably unwise... I wouldn't advise getting high before the matchup. If he's training for street defense and is always high anyway, then you might as well get used to defending yourself while high if that's how you are most of the time.

Yeah, toking and training isn't a good mix, for me at least. I did it once.

it's horrible for cardio, but great for relaxing when you're doing jits.

    everything is soooo much smoother.

It's gonna help you attain the Rubber Guard!

& you don't have to smoke it, incidentally. Eat it in brownies, spike pasta with it with your basil & oregano, make a tea, whatever.

I tried to make tea out of the stems of about a quap of herer, drank the whole ****, didn't feel a thing.

With bud it would work, but it is a huge waste of weed, as THC is not water soluble.

Well, if you have money, a good option would be to invest in a vape: http://www.vaporwarehouse.com/store/...handsfree.html
You can find that for around $10-20 less then that, hands free is the way to go.

or make some bud butter and whip up some brownies.
