Mix above ingredients together in a ziplock bag (thats those freezer-type plastic bags that seal) and place in a pot of boiling water for 10-15 min.

If the problem is time there are a few speedy options. For a year i was starting work at 6 am so usually left the house 10 mins after waking up, these things helped out alot:
Throw sourdough bread in the toaster, crack 4x eggs into these egg cups and 30 secs later you have your breakfast. If in a major rush, eat a yoghurt during the 30 seconds.
