Although his game is pretty limited, Shamrock hits hard and has decent wrestling, so he'll probably do fine against Cage Rage heavyweights since I have yet to see one that could wrestle their way out of a gunnysack or do much from their back.

I did read both of his books though. I actually liked them. I will give him props for that.
