"Sandman" is surely a common nickname but to the best of my knowledge it comes from putting people to sleep with a knockout or possibly even a submission if you wanted to stretch it. Does he have one single k.o. victory on his fight record?

He does have a lot of children. I forget how many, but I do remember a lot of rug rats when I last visited his house (when he first told me his bjj black belt claims... I didn't care honestly until he started promoting people).

Can this be verified by folks in the hood there?

Wierd timing in that in the most recent issue of Elite Fighter, Rich Clementi talks about running a tanning salon with his wife. Maybe coincidence, but it weird to hear about 2 mma fighters owning tanning salons within such a short time...LOL.

The first floor is a tanning salon in the front and a weight room in the back. The basement has the main gym and an office converted into changing rooms. I was there, remember? :hello:
