So I was stupid and decided to participate at my tkd schools annual break-a-thon. We broke a shitload of boards and me being an attention whore decided to break a stack of 10 one inch boards. I broke through them but my hand hurt like a bitchhhh. I continued breakin more stacks that were smaller and eventually got through the day. Fast forward to today, I noticed that my hand STILL hurts and its preventing me from punching correctly without hurting my hand. I feel pain on the pinky, ring, and middle finger knuckles. How can i tell if they're broken or not? Keep in mind that the board breaking was about a month and a couple of weeks ago.
BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.
