    To re-state a popular idea, at least shadow-boxing is not pre-set. The footwork, combinations and movements are all spur-of-the moment. That's what makes it useful.

    Well, that and the fact that in shadow-boxing you tend to practise useful moves and not chambered punches and the unlikliest of stances.

    When Bas Rutten's wife burned the turkey one Thanksgiving, Bas said, "don't worry about it honey," and went into his backyard.
