2) Make a counter offer to their counter offer of our counter of their original. Fucking amateur idiot real estate agent - as our agent pointed out, if they'd countered 51 or 52 or 55% back we'd go for it but no, they HAD to counter 50% fucking percent back to us, so it's like playing pocker with a dope. Now we counter 60% and they should counter 55% and it all could have been over if they'd used their brains - and they could have got it cheaper.

Even if that isn't what kata's for, it is a potential benefit from it I think. Anyway, I know little about kata theory, what's a good place to learn about what it is for?
