Did she just happen to knee your groin while applying a separate pass, or was the knee on the groin the basis of the pass?
If the latter, you should call that one the Omega Gift.
Actually it was the first. I really didn't feel anything but the rest of th guys in the gym asked me if it hurt, so I assumed it was supposed to.
For some reason for me it never hurts when I obviously get hit in the balls, but when its a bit more subtle it hurts like hell. I don't wear a cup usually when I jits, I use compression shorts, becuase I never knew if cups were accepted there. I still don't because I have no idea if I should :icon_scra:
i hate people who ram knees while passing guard!
oh ****...im training tonight in newbie class... :-(

The 2 most abundant elements in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity.
This has probably been discussed before since it's a long thread. But imo " Chest protector; like the TKD style so can practice going to the body without hurting you partner so much" these just suck.
It feels like they don't help at all. Maybe just the ones we have suck. Do they really help against injuries?
Um, there not really for sparring purposes just to be able to go to the body. I truly would recommend the actual boxing/thai ones but some won't spend the money for it. This is a cheap substitute.
