    Hmmmm...280 for 4 reps? Well...if she's under 132lbs she's staring at world record potential.

    Shattered it if she's under 123. She looks about 120 to me.

    Near as I can figure, that bar has either 295 lbs on it (45/35/25/10/10+bar) or 235lbs (45/25/10/5/5+bar) or even 205 (35/25/10/5/5+bar). I call shenanigans.

    I call shennanigans too. No one does that type of lift and be so freshed, giggling with joy. There was no stress whatsoever in her limbs.

    Also, notice that the camera is only focusing on her ... you know what, while convenienly not showing the entire loaded bar as it's being lifted. Either those are fake plates (as used in some fitness dvds), or there were a pair of dudes helping her.
