And exactly how is your consent relevant?

What I'm saying is that if there is no specific agreement concerning footage, anyone there can film what they damn well please. How are you going to stop him?

I think for legal reasons everybody should be filming.

Everyone will be filming. Given Creeden's bullshit on this thread alone, exclusion of recording equipment should be taken as confirmation of Creeden's "50 bikers/eye gouging" threat.

I'm saying that we will have one. This is between Floyd and me. And I said it wont be discussed on here. Oh and FYI a lot of professional venues don't allow video equipment in. Some don't even allow cameras. At least around here.

You should change your handle to "No, I'm The Twat".

    Just saying...

Given all they eye gouge and murder threats, I'm sure the venue will want cameras for legal & insurance reasons.

Managers usually try to get fights for their fighters.

You are not a manager, you're an excuse machine.

I understand your concern for your friend. Anything can happen in the cage. But if you really are concerned about your friend, have him apologize to Floyd and then have him shut his mouth. Unfortunately for Creeden, that will not work on me. He asked for it, and on January 9, 2010 in the cage in Chicago, he is going to get it. If he has the balls to sign the contract and show up. I am thinking of having a special "Pussout Claus" in the contract with Creeden. So, if either one of us doesn't show up for any reason or are unable to compete in the fight that fighter will be legally obligated pay a set amount of money to the other fighter.

You see, in professional fights if a pro doesn't show for a fight he/she can be suspended, fined, or other types of penalties. If Creeden doesn't show, it's no big deal to him because he will never get into the cage with anyone else anyway. But, if I don't show it would hurt my career. So, I think a special Claus in the contract is not too much to ask, especially considering Creeden's past actions or lack thereof.

So, I am prepared for Creeden's famous "Attack of the No-Show-Homo" technique.

Once he signs that fight contract, it will be a legal bind he cannot bail on without really costing him a lot of money. But that is ok since he has a lot of money, right?

Remember, I usually get paid for fighting in the cage. I am making an exception for Creeden. So I am working for no "money". But, Creeden III will be my "Golden Ticket". He just doesn't know it yet.

All of your excuses are about to run out, yours, Pie Hole's and Creeden's.
I have not heard back from Cut Throat MMA as of yet about the contracts needed. I should hear something tomorrow. When I heard something I will let everyone know.

I hope you are going to be in good shape for the match Creeden. Fat guys with man boobs in MMA spandex shorts is just disgusting.
