    The name in Karate Kyokushin is Mae Mawashi Kubi Geri. Was created by the Brazilian Ademir da Costa the Fight Karate Kyokushin. And used in K1 by Francisco Filho. And used in MMA by Alexandre Cesar Breck and Maciej Górski.

    There is no "origin" to this technique. It is found in many places, in many styles including Muay Thai. Muay Thai varies from camp to camp and region to region. Those that do this kind of technique are consider "tricky" or "slick". I use a fake front to round kick, and fake round to front kick in Muay Thai, and it is quite common among the "Slick" style fighters in Thailand.
