I have 2 hard boiled eggs for Tea (supper to you lot). I will do this no more than 3 times a week, cos we get eggs in batches of 6(!).
As a child, when visiting the Relatives in Ireland, my great aunt would give me a boiled egg each day before my cornflakes. In the second week, I would break out in "hives", which are like pimples, you know, red spots. To this day, I don't know the reason for this ab-reaction but simply stopping eating eggs solved it.
You were probably allergic to eggs. Hives is a classic food allergy reaction. My sister was violently allergic to eggs as a child, but now is fine with them.

I agree 100% or go with the egg beaters for convienience. I even started getting eggwhite omellets when I go out for breakfast.
When I'm eating really clean I usually will have for breakfast 2 pieces of wheat toast with butter substitute and about 4 egg whites worth of Egg Beaters and 1 yolk with black pepper to taste. I actually have grown to like my eggs much better this way compared to 1 yolk per white.

yolky eggs, rice and soy sauce is the breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack of champions... and broke ass college kids.
No health problems. Don't worry about it at all. 2 eggs is nothing. I've been eating 12 per day for a long time.
its not much of a breakfast though, I'd try to eat more than that... unless maybe youre trying to lose weight. well nevermind, im guessing that you are in fact eating more than that.
one egg has roughly a total of 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fat = 65 calories... very little

I alternate amongst the following things for breakfast, usually in some combo that fills me up:-
2 scrambled eggs (omega 3 enriched)
Fruit (bananas, apples and grapes mostly)
A bit of left over meat from the previous night's meal.
