    UFC 1-12 for sale anywhere?

Me noob (Cherry) and have no answers!

    Hey,

Does anyone know if the early UFC matches (say 1-12) are available on DVD. I snooped around on the UFC website but no-go. I want to see and own the early ‘limited’ rules bouts to answer some of my questions about the UCF.

I have some experience with BJJ and watched UFC '1' via PPV. I also received some very realistic military combat training from my time with the 3/75 Ranger Regiment. Anyway watching the early days of the UFC will educate me to where I’m not asking questions that I, myself will find stupid once answered.

    Thanks in Advance.

I picked up a couple of the early ones at Best Buy less than a year ago.

Torrents are only cheaper and faster if you don't mind wading through all the tech stuff to get them working, then finding the actual right material, then watching it on your PC. They're great for a lot of people, but I like DVD's.

Most BlockBusters carry most of the old classic UFCs, so if you have a DVD burner thats another way of getting them cheap.

Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

    UFC volumes 1-20 Box set.

I bought a similar package a while back. It's almost painful to watch some of the early UFC bouts. They seemed so cool back in 99/2000, on bootleg vhs tape. Now they just look... Messy. Enjoy.

I was lucky enough to find a Hollywood Video that was selling Vhs tapes; I just went to the Special Interests section and bought the whole set. Now, if only I could get my hands on those elusive Secrets of The Octagon tapes..........
