Maybe 'Pakua' helps you! Not sure what to tell you here. Chinese Martial Art. It is a throwing art that is based on eight trigrams and has contained in it throws from Shuai Jiao. There are eight palm changes that are used to develop throw out of. Baguaquan, baguachang. The eight palm changes look like a dance like they said in the video above.

Why has there not been a Internal Martial Arts sucks month? You know the three internals taji, pakua, hsingyi.

OK, I watch Human Weapon and enjoy it alot. I think it is funny the way Bill Duff gets thrown to the wolves every other episode. LOL. I see Human weapon as cross between WMAC Masters, Lonely Planet and Jackass.

Some people complain about the format, but I think having them compete against "masters" of a martial art at the end of each episode is a cool idea. This is not a real fight, it is filmed for a TV show. So it's not fair to take this stuff so seriously. Think of it like a mini-documentary showing you a short over view of the martial art.

Ok, if human weapon is showing a short over view of the martial arts, its like doing a 'mini-documentary' showing the short overview of American Presidents, but leaving out abe lincoln and john f. kennedy...

I thought the show was going to be really good; until they go into the fights at the end of each episode. They just didn't look real...Jaon and Bill handling themselves against quite alright against champion fighters? Nah!

The good Jet Li uses it. It's actually a decent wrestling style when you use it as such, but nobody does. It is thus crap.
