meh, i do, it just involves a lot of stretching where my instructor constantly tortures me by pulling on one of my feet when i'm already as open as i can, then demanding i kick higher and higher and higher to build my flexibility.
got the job done, but after a 6 month hiatus, it's a hell of a bitch.
meh, guess i'll read the site posted to see if there's anything new my instructor can torture me with.
