I've never taken TKD and am unfamiliar with ATA. Is there really a camouflage belt ranking?

I can't imagine myself saying,"Well, I just got my camouflage belt in Tae Kwon Do."

Camo belts are for little kids. Its kind of an "in between belt" from my understanding.

actually, they use it for adults too... apparently it's the rank that they begin got spar (or fancy foot tag).

the person responding also said that he rolled with him and could contest, but that's not saying much unless the person himself was somewhat competent in grappling. a decent bjj white belt could destroy an ata "groundfighter" no contest.

I hear ya. I am not speaking to the guy's skill, just what they told me...which was not much.

This is the school of the guy who is teaching the BJJ:
    http://ataatlanta.com/school.html

No mention of any BJJ in his bio or school programs.
