Great class - and every class ends with sparring
Hey - I'm a student at Matwork MMA in Gig Harbor. Our instructor Tony is an amazing instructor - and every class ends with a sparring session. Including sparring with him if you want. (He's a Gracie Blackbelt with mean, mean judo throws to boot).

hey - hybridgyms d_ot com is also a new place in Kitsap. It's with George Hissung, but he's partnering with Hybrid Gyms to open a new place right across from the Outback Steakhouse. Here's the full URL: http://hybridgyms.com.
I've been to a couple of their classes, and George is a great teacher - and the guys who study there are awesome and very welcoming! Just a great attitude! -
