It feels like you blew your load too early. I would suggest some amatuerish research into the 4 panel comic punchline delivery theory.

I don't quite remember how it goes, but I think it went:

Set up

Continuation

Twist

Punchline

Try and imagine each frame within that context. The first frame sets up everything, which you did well in this one, but you shouldn't have included the "UFC 81 / Superbowl!" in the very first frame. That belongs somewhere in the third; the second could've been a prolongation of the first. Then the fourth could have had them hating each other, in a more comical manner than what was represented here.

It seems like what you need is practice. You have some decent jokes made, but you're too eager for teh funnies. Then again, what the hell do I know, I took Kuk Sool Won.
