    Hell yeah! Hell no!

If you had to mix in 1 "crappy" art, what would it be?

Lets say for example you cross train in Muay Thai and JuJitsu but you had to dedicate a portion of your time training in an additional "crappy" art. You have the luxury of training in the best dojo of the worst art but you do have to apply some of the techniques in your regular sparring sessions.

Which "art" do you choose? And what do you think the most applyable "techniques" of this disposable art would be?

I presume Tai Chi counts as a "crappy" art. The truth is, it's helping me a lot especially with regards to body alignment and wrestling. Most of it is easily applicable with practice.

If I had to choose another I would probably learn Taekkyon because it looks like a lot of fun and has some good sweeps.

I think a ninjutsu school that put a lot of emphasis on rolling and diving and stuff would be great for developing explosive power. If you could find someone who trained with a lot of that stuff. Free running I think would be a better version of what I just described.
