    I've got some kettlebell handles that turn ordinary dumbells into kettlebells.

    what about bodyweight excercises? Surely God, Allah, the Devil, Jesus, Thor, Zeus, or DRD gave us a body that can upgrade itself fine without outside help.

    and what about resistance bands, and the combination of weight vest and trampoline? Or weighted wear in on itself? Weighted wear and cardio=strength. I punch w/ my wrist and fist weights and kick w/my ankle weights to improve my speed

    Thanks Mike Reese! where did you get those handles btw?

    I'm thinking about getting some resistance bands also Matthius.

    I don't know a good way to work my hamstrings, leg adduction, and leg abduction with dumbbells.

    I got some ideas from the isometrics thread though.
