Daito-ryu's pretty legitimate... but I'm told they are officially NOTHING but kata. IE, two people where both know the attack, defense, and ukemi ahead of time.
I think it's the same with Hakko-ryu, isn't it, WWC? Besides paying a couple thousand bucks apiece for the "secret techniques" of the art at the highest level in their honbu dojo.
