****, I hate this broken edit thing. Anyways, to rephrase, I want Mir to break his arm (since Brock says 'who cares' in reference to Mir breaking Tim's). That'd be sadistically sweet.Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Hmmm a few fights I'm looking forward too, 2 worth commenting on:
Nog vs Sylvia - I'll cheering for Nog but I feel Tim will take this one out. Tim has to prove to me that he wants to fight to win (and not fight to not lose, there is a difference) and he hasn't done that in his last 4 fights. I'm going for Tim via TKO.
Lesnar vs Mir - Another one where I'm going for someone but thinking the other will win. I think Lesnar will win, but go Mir. If Mir's been training hard then he'll do himself a lot of favours and he can give his career another kick start as Lesnar hasn't got the experience Mir has. That said Lesnar looks huge, is definitely for real and will no doubt out muscle Mir for a decision Victory.

Brock is a tank, in my opinion he should of been the model for venom in spiderman 3.

Mir - Lesnar will take him down and promptly get submitted. 1st rd. submission by Mir
Marquardt - He's too much for a declining Jeremy Horn. If Jorge Santiago can do it, so can Nate. 3rd rd. TKO over Horn.
Almeida - if he's anything like he used to be, he's going to walk all over Belcher. Almeida by sub rd. 1
Griffin - Tibau is good but Griffin's wrestling is incredible and he keeps up a frantic pace. I see Griffin by UD.
Lytle because I don't know who the other guy is.
Eastman because I think Terry Martin is a little ****.
Boetsch because I liked it when Heath got fucked up by Babalu.
Nakamura because he knows how to fight and Emerson knows how to lose.

Lesnar will take down Mir and get tapped in his guard, unless Lesnar can get a back breaker first (sorry, couldn't resist).
Nog will win vie submission. I don't think Silvia can squeeze a boring decision out of a guy that talented.

As talented as the guy that almost got KO'ed by Herring? I think Sylvia can get a boring decision.

I could just cut and paste Cracky's picks; they're the same as mine, and for the same reasons.
Hope I'm wrong and Lesnar gets pwnd, though.El sueno de la razon produce monstruos.

You know what would make Lesnar's tatoo look more manly? If he added some veins to the knife blade.Tough is not how you act, tough is how you train.
