ok watched the video and noticed the following things: Crappy and unrealistic self defense, bad techniques, bad music, some kata, TKD style kicking in a staged fight and ofcourse boardbreaking.
I couldnt see blackbelts, the light is dodgy and the camera unsharp, for all we know they could be blue or brown, dont jump to conclusions.
Personally i don't take them seriously. -

There is clearly no need to teach these kids "stranger danger". They can take candy and rides home from strangers all they want with those awesome self-defense skills.
I can't decide which my favorite part is. It's either at the beginning were the kid eats a kick from a man twice his size so he score a crappy leg sweep, or at 1:15 were the kids team up trip up their attackers in a very Home Alone-esque fashion. -
