    Strength Training II

    This will be a nice thread; so I solemnly swear. In addition, I apologize to Djimbe and the moderators for whatever nastiness I produced or provoked.

    Here,I will put together a cohesive summation of my conditioning creed and, Djimbe, you can have the last word. However, for the sake of others who might actually want to get something out of it (other than us), do not quote me at length nor refute me line by line (I'll also refrain). Treat it as if you were speaking first without the clutter of any assumptions about me, and I'll do likewise. Agreed?

    Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

    We don't need no stinking weights.

    Just do bodyweight exercises every couple of days, drill your techniques, spar, and stretch. You'll be fine.
