I brought a bottle of omega 3 oil and started using it last week but for some reasons after i take the oil, i feel really thirsty and have to drink alot more water than i used to.
anyone have thesame problem?

I take pill form O3's and haven't had anything like that happen.

Just kidding. I used to take that but that was during my fighting days. I have no idea whether it really worked or not but Chuck Liddell highly reccommended it so I did it.

I average between 9 and 12 grams of combined EPA and DHA a day from fish oil supplements and have for about a year and haven't noticed it affecting how thirsty I am.
Take tons of it.

i dont know whether it is that i am biting the pills before i swallow or what but i do feel alot thirstier when i take it...
another question is what are some real advantages taking them? i heard they help your cardio and lose fat faster but thats about it

I bit one accidentally once and that may be your problem. When you bite them that oil hangs around for a little bit and takes a while to wash down, so you may feel the residue and think it's thirst. Just swallow the capsules and they will do their magic once their inside.
