    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    My 530lb deadlift video

My buddy had to upload this because youtube is retarded for me, so the musical choice is his (though I think it's cool), same with the editing, haha.

I put on a black shirt to trick you fuckers into thinking I'm skinny, and shot from a different angle to make my legs look better. However, I put on a gunshow because I'm a giant douche.

Breathing. Does doing that a lot help? I usually just breath normally and then start gasping once I actually lift.

I also scream "LIGHT WEIGHT" to let people know that I think the weight I am about to lift is light. Is this advisable?

I just use it to set my mind to the task. Gets rid of the jitters.

Thats pretty damn impressive. Gives some inspiration to go on that Squat and Milk regimine you suggested on another thread.

Yes, excuse me for being a selfish asshole. This thread is about you. That is a **** load of weight and I hope you bought yourself something pretty for getting to that point. You deserve it.

Nice. Do you have new hemroids? Pretty sure I would pop one the size of an acorn if I tried that ...

No worries, I'm posting it for critique but I like to help if I can.

Speaking of wraps and stuff, do you use any kind of support equipment like compression shorts or something?
