my fault guys - I am really sorry - I start a new job on monday and I have been working 12+ hours a day at my current job to lessen the burden of me leaving - I had some commitments to meet before I left (trying to get some raises put through for my direct reports) today is my last day - I will get them out tomorrow or friday - I PROMISE!
