Omega vs. Sirc: The battle of the old and lazy

Ok it's not so much a battle as it a mauling of the underskilled. To further my fantasy as a living in a 1985 bad karate novel, I traveled for many nights on foot to his temple. There was a sort of quiet ambient fog as I entered his school. Mostly because he was in the bathroom pooping when I got there.

I donned my battle clothes and prepared for my instruction. After some silliness and tricking everyone do ballet stretches (*giggle*) which they all failed at, we got to some rolling and instruction. If there was a time for a workout montage, that would've been it. Imagine a soundtrack made with a 1983 Casio D-G electric guitar, throw in some close up shots, sweaty faces and spliced chronological scenes and that was pretty much the training session.

Minute 1:10 is for sure my favorite.

I like how Omega fights, all lazy and heavy and relaxed.

So Sirc, other than the fact that Omega can ass rape you at will, did you learn anything useful.

I was pretty much terrified of standing with him, and I thought, "What the hell, why not. He probably won't be expecting... THIS!"

Turns out he was.

Yes I learned a lot actually. Some cool escapes and a new submission. Though I don't really focus on submissions at all.

My entire first year will be committed to hip control.

No problem and thanks. I'd like to thank Omega for inviting me and having me. He pretty much will put you in a position that he wants. It's a bizarre concept to wrap my head around, but watching the video and thinking about it more gives me a chance to see more about what he's doing and try to mimic/apply it more.

He's like pretty good.
