    Fixed.

    Funny guy.
It is ironic that you brought up PeeDee on another thread. There was a thread along time ago where he was arguing that Fedor beat people because he was just huge and unskilled.

Someone, I forget who, proceeded to humiliate him by demonstrating that Fedor is actually a very undersized Heavy and by posting gifs of fedor's takedowns on Nog. Textbook and skilled.

I used to think the same about Fedor, but he later proved me wrong. I do, however, think he wouldn't do nearly as well with elbows on the ground. It is simply not the same.

Anyway, my point is, accomplishments in Pride are overblown. I used to think Pride was king, but the obvious nearly universal use of roids and the different judging means that most Pride guys are at a massive disadvantage coming into the UFC. I just don't think Nog can adapt.

I don't disagree that roids and judging were important. To my mind though, that makes Nog's toughness all the more impressive. I too think Nog isn't a shoe in for the win (I hate Sylvia, but he wins), but I've seen nothing to discount Nog's toughness.

I felt the same way about Pride. But I think Nog CAN win the fight if Tim gets tired and reverts to shooting on him and Nog has enough time/gas to sub him

Hopefull Nog can borrow Monson's "glove on a pole" so he can simulate Tims attack

It will have to be especially weighty, and windmilled in painfully sloppy arcs. If Tim actually shoots on Nog, that will be hilarious.

**** though, the likely hood of a win by decision is high.

I think Nog's boxing is better than anyone's giving him credit for. I'm not expecting a knock-out or anything, but I think he can move his head enough to avoid the jab and give some peppering shots back. If Tim gives away a round or two he'll get desperate enough with power shots for Nog to take him down.

That's what I'm hoping for, anyway.
