I normally do workout everyday. While on uni I go to gym 2 days a week but I do my workout everyday repeatedly. But it's more like dips, push ups etc.
But I found lots of videos and ebooks from internet. Now I changed my daily workout and I practice muay thai style punches, kicks, elbows and knees everyday with that dips, push ups etc.(Since from the day I posted)
(My gym has no bags or striking instructors.Judo only.)
I will forget eveything I know and start all over. The stances, kicks, punches etc.
The sources look good.I hope it would be helpful for me.

do me, do me! i dont actually have any bag videos so this will have to do, although in this i am more the punching bag. things i know i do wrong-
block punches with my head
block leg kicks with my thigh
things i know i do right-
dont get knocked out
dont walk backwards
Are you allowed to knee the head in those rules Alex?
nar. although actually it seems to happen a fair bit and nobody cares, i cracked the guy i first fought in the head a few times.
Awesome fight Alex. That guy was landing clean punches on you throughout, you obviously have a good chin.
Only 17, been training kickboxing off and on for 6 months. The quality is so shitty and there's no sound , because I used a digital camera.

Not sure why my post is so f'd up sorry.
For some reason I can't edit my post, so I can't fix all that crap up there lol. Anyway I was just going light in the video trying to work technique.
