I've been checking out one gym that has alright training, but I'm wondering if the cost is too much. The price is sixty dollars a month when you can come in possibly five days a week to train, only three if you're a beginner. Right now I'm just a beginner and looking at doing it twice a week. Is this a good pricing for the class or should I look elsewhere?

That sounds about right. The MMA gym im looking at and that my brother is a part of charges 100$ a month, unlimited. It all really depends on how often you go though. But do the math yourself, you want to do it twice a week? Thats 8 classes a month at 7.50$ each. But if you manage to go in that extra class a week you'll get 12 classes/month at 5$/each. Keep in mind, most gyms seem to charge about 10$ to come in without a membership for a day (at least the ones Ive come across).
So yes, that seems pretty good.

OK, thanks. The price was the make or break for me and I've got a better of idea of what I want to do. Thanks.

not a bad deal. the bjj club down the street has 3 day a week training for $100/mo. and one day is only an hour. over priced in my opinion, but hey, whatever the market will pay.

At the moment I do 6-7hrs a week for $85, and I think I'm on the lower end of the spectrum. $60 doesn't sound too bad at all.

I do 3 days per week, 1 1/2 - 2 hours with 1/2 hour open mat. $65/month. But I could go every day if I could handle it ;p. Tends to beat me down, but eventually I'll get there or close.
