I went over 15 a few months ago, and re-enlisted last week for the remaining 5. Retirement at age 38? Oh yeah...

Get your 20 in. I am full time Guard. Did 3 years active, half overseas. Just finished 15 months sucking sand. I started working for a police dept in 1980 and started studing kempo. I never got beat up so I guess either it worked or I got lucky. Got permission to teach while in Kuwait and had some students. Im retiring in 6 years- getting way to old.

I hear you. I've had 14 years in now, probably going until my RYE date. Then again, I did just make Warrant a couple months ago, so I might as well get the good retirement...
