I am new to this site however I know this guy. He does not have the credentials to teach what he is teaching. He has opened about a half dozen schools over the last few years and changes what he teaches each time. There are very few legitimate schools teaching MMA, BJJ or Kickboxing within 60 miles of my home. There was one in Americus however it recently closed.

This is very interesting. Seems super honest and explains a lot! Congratulations to Sensei Moore. I wrote him an email inquiring about his grappling program:

    Mr. XXXX,

I have a MMA/Grappling program twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays that is in it's infancy. I myself have only been doing groundfighting for about two and a half years. My instructor was Harvey Johnson who teaches groundfighting at our police academy at ABAC. Harvey, like all of us in the boondocks who want to further our MA education, studied with the Gracie's through seminars and camps. My school's focus is mainly self-defense, but we also allow student's to compete in any style tournament they choose. If you are looking for a strictly BBJ program the closest and the best would be Glen Hamby's in Albany, GA. If you would like to try one of our classes we would be glad to have you.

    Al Moore
