    Hell yeah! Hell no!
Let's start with the fact that Ayn Rand did not invent the concept of A=A, nor did she revolutionize it, nor did she popularize it, and conclude with the fact that Atlas Shrugged was the worst fucking book ever.
Captain's Log: Just a little update for all my TRUE and HONEST friends out there:

    1) I am STRAIGHT! I am STRAIGHT! Get it through your thick skulls, numbskulls!

    2) My name is not Ian Brandon Something.

    3) Kacey is coming with me now. I have stolen her from the other Christian Weston Chandler.

REMINDER: I am still the one and only true creator of sonichu and rosechu electric hedgehog pokemon

Okay. That's fine, but I'm really not trying to defend Ayn Rand. I was trying to explain why I don't believe that arguements such as "The techniques might be garbage, but the underlying theory is sound" have any value.

I was bored and wanted to see if our friend had posted anything new, if you missed it please check out the "full contact fighters Lance and joe grapple spar" video on the video page located here:
    http://multiphasicmartialarts.com/VIDEOHOME.html

It takes a bit to load but i swear the giant **** stain that is that video is worth it.
He mixes up several techniques, the rolling is awful and show cases what we all knew and be it a joke or not he condones the use of a little bit of steroids once in a while haha

    This video is gold
