    Willpower and Dedication

I find both of these to be incredibly powerful in assisting you with meeting your goals. For me, it involves a 5 day workout routine at the gym where I train to be strong and to make myself hard. After an exhausting time lifting, I find a way to make it to MA training at either of the two clubs I participate in. This is a huge improvement for me, my conditioning is becoming better, and I am also increasing my agility and skills, so I see it as a win-win. I do these things because without them I get very bored very quickly and lounge around doing nothing like a sack of hammers. I want more though. Is there anything else that can be added to this already busy schedule to enhance my training progress and propel to me an even higher level of physical fitness and MA skill?

OK, so that was a nice "Look at Me!" post. Is this supposed to go somewhere?

BTW, how does a sack of hammers do nothing? Just wasn't sure what the metaphor meant.

If you're really looking for help with your routine, it's out there and you'll find a lot of people on here who could help you enhance the training that you already do, but you left out something important. What does your 5 day a week workout consist of?

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
