Used to be a runner in my younger years. Try LSD or long slow distance. It is a great way to lay down a base. Your initial goal is to simply go for 30 to 35 minutes. Walk, jog or mix the two together. Do NOT run. Speed is not your goal and the 30 minutes is 30 minutes no matter how fast or slow you go. One thing you can get from LSD running is an endorphine increase during and after the jog. So, take it easy until you can jog the whole 30 minutes comfortably. Oh yeah there is the talking test to determine if you are working too hard. If you can't hold a conversation with a partner, or yourself while you are jogging, you are going to hard. At this point gasping and sucking wind is not what you want to do.

Whats your diet, martial arts training like? Are you getting enough sleep? It seems like you are trying to run everyday, you may want to do alternate days, 3x a week (M-W-F or T-Th-S) for 4-6 weeks just to get your body used to running. First check with your Dr to make sure you don't have any problems and try to keep going for 4 weeks, you should notice a difference then. If your body really feels like **** then do something lighter or try to include more recovery time in between workouts.

Cullion, I'm still confused as to why you think so.
Morning: A sandwich or two, usually ham and tomato.
Lunch: varies, usually MOAR of the same, but sometimes I'll add cheese or go for chicken.
Dinner: Whatever mammy makes. *Usually* healthy meat and potatoes with a salad.
Supper: started eating another sandwich.
So it's only 4 meals, and they are fairly small. I just cannot eat a lot. Even when I was lifting regularly and bulking up. I had to force myself to eat, because I just wasn't hungry. Which is why I am confused as to why I have gained 30lbs in the past year. I mean, I eat some snacks every now and then, but it's like, a cup full of ice cream or something once a day, fruit of course, and anything else is sporadic.
Back when I said I was in my "prime" I worked at McDonald's, so I ate dinner there something like 4 times a week. And even then it was hard gaining weight. That was only 3 years ago. Does a person's metabolism really slow down that much when he hits 20? -

You just admitted to blowing me to everybody on Bullshido. I can get an operation to fix the length, but you can never wash away the guilt and shame.

you may want to cut down on all those sandwiches (read that: eat less bread). Did I read that right, you are eating like 5 or 6 sandwiches a day?
Maybe your body just can't process and metabolize that much yeast in your intestinal track and that is what is causing fatigue.
Try using wraps or even better lettuce leaves for your sandwiches.
And yes, your metabolism can change at 20...and 25...and 30 and so on. Figure it out and go with it.
