I watched it here onlione on youtube. It was a good show I thought, better than the other one, lol. At least everyone was about the same size weight and skill level. I mean on that last one they had like this huge TKD guy and then this little Thai guy, and the little Thai guy had the strongest strike, imagine if it had been a Thai heavyweight? lol...It was a good show, to show what people who train for this can do and can take, now the public can be even more afraid of us, lol...It's like when i tell someone I train, there all like man I bet you could mess someone up, and you try and stay humble and be like only in a ring or i dont street fight or somthing like that. Well now these same people are going to be like man I seen that **** on the Discovery Channel, i aint messing wit you, lol...

I was pretty erect after watching Bas in slow motion.

They ought to do a Kali/Escrima next and come to a staggering conclusion that being stabbed with a knife is really bad for you.

A 220 lb Bas Rutten kicks harder than a 135 lb thai fighter, who knew?

At least we learned that getting punched in the face by Bas Rutten is MUCH worse than getting punched in the face by Randy Couture.

    Bas vs Tim Sylvia please.
