After spending 5 years or so convinced that I should stay under 200 lbs (I even sat at 192 for 6 months) and feeling weak and crappy, I said screw it and started eating again in May (right after that NAGA). I also started lifting weights again and used NO shotgun (supplement). I am now back up to 215, eating everything in sight, and feeling better than ever. I would like to continue this trend.
Does anyone (especially someone who grapples alot) have any good creatine or other supplement recommendation? I don't have a set weight limit for myself in mind but do have a sensitive stomach apparently, so cheap brands won't do.

Just stay away from BSN's CEM3 prodcuts, as they're just creatine monohydrate with no other active ingrediant. They're currenty involved in a lawsuit over false advertising.

I have good luck with Vitamen Shoppe in house brand stuff, but I don't know if they have that around your area.

I use a generic brand I got at Walgreens. So far, it works well (though I have to take it gradually throught the day since my stomach is quite a delicate, gheyish flower.)

Not that my performance is an indication or a product's quality or anything, but I generally find that Fast Twitch (which contains creatine) is good stuff if you're looking for an all-in-one kind of creatine/NO2/energy supplement.

What's the opinion of Creatine users on loading and cycling. I was going to start a thread on that, since I 've been doing a little research of Creatine, and I've seen where a lot of guys like to load and cycle, like you would with steriods. I didn't know if there was something to that practice, or if it was just a carry over from guys who are juiced cycling everything.
I'm not a steriod user, and a supplement noob. Recently started taking Glutamine based on TEM's old signature threads, and have had such good results that I'm looking at other options.
Also, I've seen where there are some other options than mononhydrates - I've seen a few articles say that CEE is the best. Any one have any real world comparison between CEE and Monohydrates? Or its it just away to charge twice as much for a less than 10% improvement in quality?

Loading with monohydrate is good. Cycling is not necessary, but nice if you're stuck in a rut.

When he was around, Equipoise kept pushing Kre-Alkalyn as the superior method of creatine supplementation. I don't know what the validity is one way or another, but it's a direction to look in, I guess.
