Jasonblade, you can read about some of my matches in my Bully Blog. So far, I've only blogged two of my meets. I'll make sure to blog this next one.
Tomorrow, I cut like a mother. Fingers crossed. -

I found the other one
these might actually explain it where I am this is interpeted as meaning you can get a maximum of 2 pounds over your scratch weight, where you are they maybe giving you an additional pound after the allowence for a total of 3

Ah, that first rule is known on my team as the "Greatest Thing Ever." It means that starting this Saturday, weight classes are shifted up two pounds. For example, I'll be able to weigh 121. It's something completely unrelated, but totally awesome.
I have only felt the second rule once. That when, let's say, you're in a quad on Saturday with three other teams. One of them had a dual meet on Friday. It would be unfair to force them to make weight two days in a row, so they give them an extra pound on Saturday, but then they need to give everyone that extra pound.
Both of these rules only apply to wrestlers who have made scratch weight at least once, mind you.
The three pound allowance is something else entirely. -
