    The DiezWeas (guy in that video) is a pretty strong dude for his weight (pulled a 500lb Deadlift at 165lbs, 3xbodyweight) who has gained internet infamy for his videos demonstrating poor form and his internet persona which tends to lash out over these things. He's a strongman competitor, so form on the deadlift isn't really his primary concern.

    Whoops, missed the little text saying "How not to".

    I deadlifted today, about 40 kilos on a barbell. It seemed to hit my back towards the end of the lift and my lower half in the beginning, but apparently I didn't have it close enough to my shins. Doing the 3x5 bench, squat, and 1x5 for the deadlift was enlightening.
