Great, Cracky on 'roids.
You're already a 'tard, why add roid rage and shrunken wee wee to the mix?
Take an injectable winstrol if you insist on being an idiot. Not as many side effects, not as liver toxic, wins you friends.
I'm never gonna fuckin let you hear the end of this, just so you know. -

Are you familiar with the source/supplier??????
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.
My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.
New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.
t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.
The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Cool. Obviously at this stage I'm sure you've done your research, so go for it.
I'd like you keep a training log of the changes you may feel you experience. Do this without reading other logs.Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido -

Do you know the difference between estrogen and progesterone related side effects? You'll need something like Dostinex to keep the progesterone related side effects down to a minimum. Arimidex and other anti-estrogens won't be of much use there as Nandralone aromatizes to progesterone NOT estrogen. And from what I understand if you get progesterone related gyno it's a bitch to get rid of...then again estrogen related gyno I'm sure is no picnic either.
There's a huge myth that nandralone derived steroids do not supress the HPTA axis the way testosterone related ones do. That's bullshit. You will need a solid PCT plan.
What does your PCT look like?
What's the length of your cycle?
Last but not least, some guys complain about "Deca dick" when they're not using testosterone with Deca. Caveat Emptor.
Second to last but not last, Winstrol supposedly does a good job (along with Dostinex) at mitigating the progesterone related side effects of nandralone, but it also reduces the positive effects that Deca has on the joints.
Dumb question, why do you want to do Deca and why do you want to use gear at all? This isn't judgemental, just curious.
EDIT: At the risk of stating the painfully obvious, use supplemental protein with your gear. Gear increases protein synthesis so take advantage of the opportunity.Last edited by HongKongFukYu; 12/28/2007 9:23am at .
