I like that expression, "diversity training". It has many possibilities, even non-sexual ones.
That civilisation may not sink,
Its great battle lost,
Quiet the dog, tether the pony
To a distant post;
Our master Caesar is in the tent
Where the maps are spread,
His eyes fixed upon nothing,
A hand under his head.

except he used "diversity programming" which proves that Phil does nothing but sit at home and watch sci-fi channel and beat off to pictures of knives. He's got some serious problems. We've all been in a movie theater and someones talking loud, and sure you get pissed, but phil would like to kill them. somebody needs to beat his face in with a crowbar before he kills someone.
