    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    My 515lb Deadlift video

Figure I'd post this up for critique and just to give a little validity to my posting rather than just being a faceless name online spouting out advice.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHqCEbDV4eo

I actually drop the bar on the first pull, then catch it in my hands and complete the rep, hence the weird pattern in the lift. I was hitching a bit on the top, need to work on my lockout strength. I'm also very chubby with skinny calvs =P

Nice work dude. And nice drive. I though you were gonna drop it on the first try.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Upper back looks great, knees translate medially a bit. Not crazy about your glute engagement off the pickup . . . Next time lighter lifts in profile for critique, pls.

P.S. 515 is nothing to sneeze at, so congrats!

I honestly have no idea what was playing at the time, prolly some NIN.

And yeah RM, next time I'll prolly try to get a better angle for recording, but I can't promise too light of weights as it's my ME day, haha.

You can't make people smarter. You can expose them to information, but your responsibility stops there.

    He can visualize them :evil6:

I was also thinking a profile clip would be better for analysis. I do that regularly now, and I can see whether I'm failing (arched back, no hips, etc.) Clips are an excellent tool.

Shouldn't the back be arched and not rounded?
