I've been using big ass dessicant packs stuffed in tube socks. Stick 'em in the gloves and they soak up the moisture (funk breeding medium). Seems to work pretty well.

http://www.odor-eaters.com/ Get a set of their insoles and stick them in your gloves after your done training. They use activated carbon to absorb anything organic growing in there. No microorganisms producing waste no stink.
